Calendar Magic

Whenever you need to plan your day or week ahead or need to organize tasks, meetings, events and so on, it may be really difficult to perform these operations using just the pen and paper. That's because it's very difficult to find a certain event when there are many of them added to a paper agenda or notebook. A much better idea for organizing yourself and your tasks is to use the Calendar Magic application.

Calendar Magic is a Windows program which allows you to organize all your tasks and set up reminders, so that you won't forget to perform a specific task. Installing the application shouldn't pose problems to any user, as the process is easy to complete. After the program has been installed and launched, the user just needs to right click on the interface or access the top menu in order to add reminders to the application.

When adding a reminder, the user has several possibilities available, either to configure the reminder to run only once or recurrent, for example in the first Sunday of every month or every Monday. Besides setting up reminders, Calendar Magic also allows you to view different types of calendars and print them directly, using any regular printer.

By accessing the Quick Notes feature of Calendar Magic, one will be able to easily add any kind of note to the application, which will be automatically saved. It's a much more efficient way of adding notes than using the Notepad tool. What's more, Calendar Magic includes a series of useful features, like a fuel calculator which allows you to view your car's fuel consumption by analyzing the distance traveled using a certain amount of fuel, a fully-featured unit converter and so on.
